We will be emphasizing the importance of a healthy diet and exercise. Many person do not know the importance of adhering to a proper diet and anticipating in a form of physical exercise.A combination of diet and physical activity, your diet can help you to reach and maintain a healthy weight, reduce your risk of chronic diseases (like heart disease and cancer), and promote your overall health. The combination plays a role in leading a healthy style.

Task

Your task requires you to complete three assignments. 1). Write down your daily food intake for a week and compare to the Food Pyramid Guide. 2) Write in which type of food goes into the required part of the food pyramid. 3) Write a list of other benefits for exercising and provide instruction #1 and #3 in a PowerPoint presentation.

On the process page you will will find further worksheets attached that will help with your process along with websites to help. 

At the end of this assignment you will be able to know the required amount of servings that is needed on a daily basis and the importance of exercise.

Process

In effort to complete the task you will need :

1) Record and evaluate your daily serving from food that is consumed daily and compare to the Food Pyramid Guide suggested servings.

2) A blank Food Pyramid Guide will be provided to ensure that you understand the different types of food groups. Label each by writing in the correct food in the different levels of the pyramid.

3) Provide a PowerPoint presentation of your experience of record. Also, provide three importance of exercise on the human body.

After the accomplishment of these task you will be able to understand the importance of diet and exercise and be aware of the type of diet that should be consumed.
