In this course, students will be learning the:
-History of Soccer
-Rules and Regulations
-Dimensions of the field
-Formations and Positions
Task
For the initial stage in the class, we will be having students complete 1 task
- students will be creating/drawing a scale diagram of a soccer field with all the dimensions drawn out along the sides (50pts)

Evaluation
The evaluation for this page is on a scale of 50pts. Points are based on effort put into the project
50-40pts: Diagram is neat, well organized, shows all the required material, and sources are properly cited
39-20pts: Diagram is organized, has some of the required material, and one source is cited
19-0pts: Diagram is messy and unorganized, little to no requirements met, and no sources are cited
Conclusion
The reasoning for this class assignment is to get the students familiar and comfortable with the soccer field. Once the students are familiar with their "classroom". We can start the coaching and rules aspect of the sport. After this session, I will be quizzing the students on the diagram and measurements of the field to further gauge their knowledge
