Introduction
Social justice requires the government to adopt measures designed to ensure the right of all persons, most especially the poor and the underpriviledged, to equal oppurtunity in all fields of human endeavor , to adequate social services ( in education, health, housing, etc.) and to a decent standard of living free from want and poverty.
It does not demand that everyone should have as much wealth as everyone else. The Constitution recognizes that some people will be rich, that others will be poor, and that still others will fall somewhere in between. But democracy cannot survive very long if too few people have too much and too many have too little.
