This web quest focuses on the characteristics, cycles, and patterns in the solar system.
Task
Welcome to space astronauts. NASA has mixed up the planets and their descriptions. It is up to you to identify which planet is which, and descriptions of each planet.
You have been placed in groups of 3 and assigned the name of a planet. It is your job to place it on a map of the solar system and descriptions of them.
After completing your research, as a group you will choose one way to present your information to the class.

Now that you are all now astronauts and suited up for space, NASA is sending each of your groups to one of our solar system's planets. Complete the chart with your planets information and then begin working on your presentation.
Use this graphic organizer to fill in your groups information. During each presentation it is up to you to fill in the remaining information for the other planets.
