Task
Since we are researchers, we must perform activities tahta allow us to expand our knowledge about women and Science. Through this activity, you will discover more about relevant science's women and how they were discriminated. Are you ready? Let's for the task!
TASK 1
-
You must work as a group (maximum 4 people) investigating who is each of these characters and how they contributed to sciences. Follow the padlet link https://padlet.com/gallardoiglesiasivan/e4xsz5wsles8
-
Then, you must write small biographies reflecting everything you have researched and believe is important.
In the end, we elaborate a conceptual map by groups
TASK 2
- After watching the film "Hidden figures", fill in the questionnaire in this padlet link https://padlet.com/gallardoiglesiasivan/50phtwh5zhsi
- Follow one of the links availables and make a summary of the web content (around 300 words)
Process

Explains the discovery or contribution made by said character
3. Third step: In teams, go to the mural and put those data in common with the class.
4. Fourth step: Make a mural with all the data.
Enjoy your trip!
TASK 2

| Accentuation: It is essential that before submitting the project it is checked if it has an excellent spelling | ||||
| Originality: The originality of your conceptual map will be counted | ||||
| Requirements: Having complied with each of the previous sections or having exceeded expectations will be assigned one more point in their final evaluation, if the case is not so satisfactory the rating will remain the same |
To evaluate the performance of the work performed as well as if the criteria were met based on the proposed objectives, with the help of the following rubric, the team's performance and the achievements obtained at the end of the project will be measured objectively and comprehensively.
Conclusion

At the end of the activities, you will have an idea of the contributions that these people made to Science. You will have noticed that there are many resources on the internet that can help us to deepen certain topics.
In addition, the study of these contributions allows you to know a little more about our world.
I hope you have enjoyed this virtual trip around the world and that you have learned a lot.
