Part 1 - Watch and Read

• Water in Crisis in India.
• Bangladesh Water Crisis
• Our World's India Crisis       

Part 2: Think About India’s Water Crisis

• What are problems India faces when it comes to water?
• How are people in rural areas affected by this crisis? People in urban areas?
• What would you do if you had either too much rain or not enough drinking water in your area?
• Can big dams solve the problem of water scarcity?
• Some places in India have too much water and some none at all. What can we do?

Part 3: PRESENTATION!

You will now show the class what you have learned about your India's water situation. 

Create a poster or Powerpoint.  Your PowerPoint must include 

• A title
• Pictures (drawn or photo), graphs, illustrations, visual images
• Bullet points

Think about the country your group has researched.  How is it like the United States?  How is different?  How do we save and use water?  How does this country save and use water? (STUDENTS WILL COMPLETE A VENN DIAGRAM)

*Provide pictures so students may cut and paste comparisons and contrasts to the US and their chosen country.
