The Photo Essay: Part 2
Your final project for the class will be to plan and shoot a Photo Essay. This is a longer-term project which will require forethought and planning.
The first step in to decide on a topic. This is often the most difficult part, next to editing your final selections, in creating a Photo Essay.
Time Line
Topic selection > research > developing a shooting script > shooting > editing > layout
Each point on the time line will have a deadline, starting with topic selection. Please take the weekend to brainstorm some ideas. Your topic must be approved by the teacher before continuing. Next week, we will be looking at developing a shooting script.
