Conclusion

Many of these movements express either the artists ethnicity, feelings, religion, education or even real world problems. A couple of artists that had a major impact on art were Pablo Picasso and Frida Kahlo. Picasso created cubism art, which is art comprised of many simple geometric shapes. And Kahlo created Mexican art, which is comprised of the Mexican culture and catholic religion. Picasso inspired many artists to continue the cubism art movement, and Kahlo inspired many women to pursue the career of art. Both artists today are considered icons of art, since they had such an impact on art and other artists.
