Introduction
In this webquest students will learn and practice about the body parts. It is created for second and third grade students.
You will watch a video and complete exercises based on the same video. You will also play a fun online game to keep practicing. At the end you will prove what you learn by creating a presentation in regards of the topic.
OBJECTIVES
- To name the body parts.
-To recognize the body parts in a drawing.
-To understand the importance of the body parts.
Task
The first thing you are going to do is to access the webpage https://en.islcollective.com/video-lessons/parts-body and watch he video.
Then you are going to watch the video again and answer the questions in it. Next play three online games to practice what you have learned, in the webpage https://learnenglishkids.britishcouncil.org/en/category/topics/parts-the-body.
Finally a presentation must be done and presented to the rest of the class.
Process
1. Access the web page https://en.islcollective.com/video-lessons/parts-body, on the video before play it, clic on the option "PLAY MODE" an select the option that says "WATCH THE VIDEO WITHOUT QUIZ", and proceed to watch it.
2. You will watch the video one more time, but this time you should select the option "INTERACTIVE MODE", then proceed to watch it again and answer the questions asked.
3. Now you are going to access the following webpage https://learnenglishkids.britishcouncil.org/en/category/topics/parts-the-body, and play the games:

- Parts of the body 2
- Parts of the body - head
4. Once you finished the previous steps, you will proceed to create a Power Point presentation of what you learned. Add pictures and make it interative to your classmates. And then present it to your students and disscuss it with them.

This work helps the students to achieve the objectives expected, to recognize and understand the location and the importance of the body parts.
Besides, it was also expected from the students to be able to present clearly what they learned and share opinions withthe rest of the class.
