The Water Cycle

Introduction

In this webquest, we will be learning about the watercycle! We are going to try to answer the question: Where does rain come from?

Answer the questions:

Where does rain come from? 

What is precipitation? 

What is condensation? 

What is evaporation? 

What is collection? 

What is the order of the water cycle? 

Why is the water cycle important?

Lastly, draw a diagram of the water cycle and write a paragraph to summarize your assigned role in the water cycle.

Conclusion

The water cycle consists of 4 main parts which are evaporation (water turning into gas and going into the air), condensation (water vapor turning into liquid in the clouds), precipitation (rain) and collection (water going back to lakes, rivers, etc.). This cycle is important for nature so that plants get the water they need.
