- In your kitchen gather the following: slotted ladle, eggs, pot, water, vinegar
- bring water to a boil then lower the heat to low simmer, bowl, paper towel
- add 2tbsp of vinegar
- put content of one egg in the bowl without shells
- pour the egg into pot of water
- cook for one minute
- fish out the egg
- place egg over paper towel
- trim any stringy stuff off
- serve and enjoy

Eggs will be assessed based on presentation and texture. The ideal eggs will be runny and not stringy.
