Les Nouvelles Régions de la France

Introduction

Bienvenue!

You are about to embark on an exploration of the captivating regions of France. By the end of your exploration, you will be an expert on a selected region. You will then be required to share your knowledge with your fellow classmates using a digital presentation of your choice.  You may choose to present the information in the form of a slide presentation (PowerPoint, Prezi, Google slides), or any other multimedia format such as a photo story, a digital scrapbook, or video.

Your approach to this project should be from the perspective that you are trying to persuade your audience that your region is the optimal tourist destination in France through the information presented, use / choice of visuals, and the knowledge, preparation and oral proficiency demonstrated during the delivery of the presentation.

Background

Mainland France is divided into 13 regions.  Five other regions are islands and are located around in different parts of the worlds. These 5 regions include the islands of Corsica, Guadeloupe, Martinique, French Guiana and Reunion.

Each region is further divided into departments and  asserts its unique history, culture and tradition.
