Introduction
Students, life will demand so much responsibility from you! You will need to maintain energy and keep a healthy body and mind every day, to be competent in all your tasks and relationships. The food you eat has a variety of natural ingredients. The ingredients are beneficial for some aspect of health, but must be accessed appropriately. I want you to maximize your time and energy, by eating foods that contain the best ingredients for your brain, body, and mind. There are some foods, words, and strategies provided in this assignment to help you be your best self through nutrition! Explore and enjoy.
