Task

I Will Be Using 3 Examples For These Questions And They Are:

-Carb fee diet

-Exercise/Gym 

-Sugar free diets

 

1.Personly I see these things get promoted on YouTube magazines and tv. They promoted these fads by making people want to look like the people that they have the people test the fads. Like I see people work out and they have a six pack and then I want one.

2. In this video/website you will see people are promoting the carb free diet.

3. I think that maybe these promotions on diets and exercises would be successful maybe because a celebrity has done it of promoted it and that makes you want to do it. Or on the other hand you might just be really motervated and want to get healthy.

4. Well I think this could  be unsuccessful because maybe you are just not interested or the add isn't attractive and it doesn't stand out to you. Or you are just a lazy person and would rather sit on the couch and watch Netflix all day.

5. If I was to chose one fad for me to do out of the 3 fads ( carb diet, sugar free diet and exercise/gym). I would properly do the carb free diet because I consume a lot of carbs and I would think it would be nice to get away from the carbs and maybe get a bit healthier.

6. 1 carb free diet: you will experience headaches, weakness, bad breath muscle cramps, skin rash and costipation or diarrhea. 2 exercise: you will experience soreness and body dysfunctions. 3 sugar free diet: you will experience energy loss and your taste for sugar....NOOOO........

 

Process

The Atkins diet (low carb diet)

Rachel husky 16 years of age female.

docter Robert Atkin 72 years of age male.

Rachel Husky was on this died for 2 and half years. Robert Atkin did this diet over a span of 33 years before he died.

Rachel went on this diet because people at her school would tease her because she was over wait and slightly fat so she went on this diet to loose wait and get a bit more healthy. Robert Atkins went on his diet to prove his own diet would work and you know what it did for a bit until he died.

When Rachel died she died because of heart problems.Her parents said that she complained that she had head aches and she had energy loss and her consitration got really bad. When the hospital looked at her body the autopsy showed that she had a massive heart abnormality. Docter Robert Atkin died as well of heart problems. Robert was walking in the park one day then he had a heart attack fell hit his head and died and he had no records of heart problems.

Well no the diet did not achieve in any way possible what the diet was supposed to do.

There have been quite a few more deaths from this diet and the strange this is a lot of them diet because of heart problems. There was this one guy he was 41 years old and diet for being the Atkins diet for 1 year and died and same as Rachel when the doctors looked at the mans body it showed that his heart has a massive malfunction and abnormality. 

Evaluation

  In doctor Phillis  show he named two fads that he said were dangerous and they are tanning and phentermine. They say tanning is bad because it bad for your skin phentermine is a tablet that makes you loose wait it a short period of time  but it does bring side affects.

Personally I think only conscience people would tan because they dont like the way there body looks like and so if they tan so other people would like there body so that means they like it. I reckon people who take phentermine are lazy and cant be bothered to work out so they take this pill to loos wait.   

Some side affect on tanning, these side affects can be really bad you can get skin cancer premature aging and eye damage and a couple more. A couple side affects for phentermine are insomnia, diarrhea constipation headaches dizziness and tremors.

Information on tanning.Tanning is when you let the sun or an artificial light is exposed to your skin creating a tone of your skin. When using a tanning bed it's not actual sun it's a light called ultraviolet radiation.  Info on phentermine, phentermine is a stimulate  so it is addictive but it allows you to it normal and not have to to the gym to earn of wait and fat you can loose up to 12 kg just in one week.                                 

Conclusion

I have learned that all though it might seem harmless with doing these diets and fads that these can be harmful and you have to be careful when you , how you do it and how long you do it.

companys promoted there stuff and make it popular by getting famous people to do it and or they either put it on a show and make lies up about it.

if I could change some thing I would probably make people care more about people's health so if someone is taking the diet to long or taking tablets to long that the chemist should be aware of that and care for there health and I will hope that this will make an impact on society today
