Four people making $24,600 or less are in poverty. Five people making $28,780 or less are in poverty. Six people making $32,960 or less are in poverty. Seven people making $37,140 or less are in poverty. Eight people making $41,320 or less are in poverty.

In the city of Cleveland there is a lot of poverty. In 2014 148,000 people in the city of Cleveland lived in poverty. That's the highest it's been in 8 years. Suburban residents in Cleveland have not really changed in poverty rates but poverty in the suburbs is as high as 90,000 people. Over the last three years Cleveland's poverty rate has dropped but the numbers are still higher than all the Ohio cities.

Cleveland children have a 53.6 % poverty rate. That rate of child poverty in Cleveland is second only to Detroit where the rate is 59%.
