These pills are used by fat people who want to loose weight and easier, quicker way without having to eat healthy or do lots of exercise.
The bad side effects of this pill is you get pacing heart, nausea, dizzy, headaches, and you go in a bad angry mood

Throughout this assessment task I have learnt that not all seemingly amazing health fads are actually good for your health. Some of them can actually cause you serious illness and other bad side effects. I think that if something looks too good to be true then it usually is. There are no easy or fast shortcuts to get fit and healthy. You have to put in lots of time and effort to become your best you. Comparing yourself to others is also a bad idea because everyone has a different physique and responds to diet and exercise differently depending on metabolism and other things.
Companies advertise their health fads mostly on social media for example where they show a before and after photo of a person who has lost a significant amount of weight apparently from the diet or pills that they advertise. This can be very deceiving as the person may have had to do loads of exercise as well to reach their goal weight. Sometimes they even Photoshop before and after photos to win customers to sell their product. Because of the pressures of having to look a certain way people often fall for these false advertisements.
Often people do lose weight on a fad diet but then put the weight straight back on when they go back to their regular eating. I think the best strategy to look, feel and be much healthier is to have a good balanced diet including lots of fresh fruit and veggies and to avoid any kinds of fatty fast or sugary foods. To become healthy and fit you need to do some form of exercise or physical activity for at least an hour every day. And keep doing this the rest of your life until your dead.
