Introduction

Radio Caroline is a british radio, founded in 1964 by Ronan O'Rahilly. It was a pirate radio, which means that it transmetted songs and shows without the permission. They fought for the liberty of expression, they wanted to transmit the songs of their choices, they wanted to express themselves, without any censorship.
