Conclusion
While completing my Webquest I have learned that some health fads are really bad for you and can cause problems in the near future. staying in the sun is really bad cause you get skin cancer which can kill you. And simon cowell has a health fad called oxygen diet.
by putting them on the internet and saying good things about them and getting people to tell people about the health fads and how good they are but they really aren't.
a better strategy is to get everyone to eat a balanced diet like eating vegatables, fruits and meats because they all have good things about them
