Three fads I would stay away from is proble oxygen shots, segment sleeping and placenta pills they reason why is first oxygen shots are dangerous if you take to much in another is placenta pills is they just don’t look the best.Some bad side effect are sickness, feeling unwell, diarrhoea and others.

Some fads I would try is Flexitarian, coconut oil and vegtable chips. Here are some health fads I would stay away from the raw food diet, Alkaline Diets and the cookie diet. Some bad side effects are getting fat, you will feel bloated and sick.

I learnt a lot of facts about the health fads, and how they effect your body and how they can change who you are. I also learnt that sometimes it can hurt you or the people around you, so stay health and happy and don’t worry about what people think about your appearance.
Companies get people to buy their fads by getting celebrities to advertise their health fad and by using persuasive language to draw in the reader or viewer or even just putting it every were so people just know their logo and shop e.g. Hello Frank Walker from national tiles.
I believe if we eat more fruit ,vegetables and meat we could be more healthier and happier county. I also belive that we should’ent be cutting out these things but instead soda and junk food. Image your fruit and vegetables then image the junk food you take in daily. You mite be taking in two much junk food then fruit and vegetables. That mite just be your problem.
