Introduction
Good Morning,
We will be exploring, together, the world of WebQuests! We will begin by taking a quick tutorial together so that you can see how to complete this assignment correctly. Please do not go ahead of the class, as you will have plenty of time to complete this assignment today during class.
Please click on the "Task" button on the left side of your screen, and wait for further instruction.
Task
Your task, today, will be to explore the definitions, and characteristics of some of the things we spoke about yesterday on the Kahoot.
Based on our class' scores on the Kahoot, I did not feel that we needed to have a complete lesson on this stuff. Instead, we are going to be exploring individually and learning at our own pace.
How WebQuests Work: You will be given a website, and asked some questions. You will use the given website to find the answers to the questions associated with that website.
Your answers will be documented in a Google Doc.
How to open a Google Doc: Open a New Tab. If it's not already on google, please go to google's website. In the Top Right Corner of the screen, you will see a Log In Button. Please log in using your school's google log in. (If you're already logged in, you will see an icon with a letter, or picture in it).
Once logged in, click on the square, made out of dots, then select the blue "docs" icon. Then, in the top left corner you will see a white page with a plus sign in the middle of it, that says "blank", click on that.
Now, Make sure you title your document so that you can tell it from the other documents in your drive. You will copy and paste the questions onto this document, and answer the questions in a different color than the questions are typed in.
Below is an example of what you will see during this, and other WebQuests. Please copy and paste the example questions onto your document. Then visit the website, and answer the questions accordingly.

Your Evaluation is based on completion, and accuracy of all questions within this webquest. This Webquest will count as a classwork grade.
Conclusion
We will be doing more of these in class throughout the semester. Each WebQuest will differ from each other, based on what we are doing in class, and how it is evaluated.
This WebQuest will be used as notes for this unit. You need to print this out and put it in your notebook in the "Notes" Section.
