Introduction
Sea food contain useful substances which are so important for body health such as Iodine, omega 3 fatty acid and zinc. Lack of these substances lead to some diseases. Actually, many cities suffer from lacking of sea food such as Riyadh. Therefore, it is a great idea to have a store in Riyadh and near areas that will offer sea food after ordering from an application. This application will facilitate purchasing process especially that my city (Qatif) is rich of sea food and the distance between Qatif and Riyadh is not too long.
Task
By looking forward the high demand of sea food in harsh area such as Riyadh and other near places which are far away from sea, we would have a physical store that will be responsible about receiving the purchased sea food and give it to the customers. Fishy Application will be the medium between customers and sellers. Through this application customers should:
- Have an account in the application.
- Specify customer’s location.
- Choose the require kind of sea food.
- Submit the order before two days.
- Specify the quantity.
- State other services such as ( cleaning and cutting )
Process
- Create an application:
Make it free and easy to find in AppStore and GooglePly; in addition, every subscriber will receive notifications for offers and discounts. On the other hand, there will be small rental spaces for advertisements with low fees. The application will be supported with pictures and prices. Moreover, after each purchasing process, the customer will receive an online invoice in his/her email.
- Choosing good place:
Accuracy in choosing the place of any business has a strong and a positive impact on the success of the business.
- Rent a store:
Receiving store will be in Riyadh initially, and it will be equipped with freezers and refrigerators to keep the sea food. Also, there will be a counter for the cashier.
- contract with fishers in Qatif:
Workers will buy the required sea food from certain fishers in order to keep the in special freezers and deliver them to Riyadh.
- Purchase trucks:
Trucks will be responsible to deliver the sea food to Riyadh.
- Recruit employees:
This business will need two people to control the application and get the orders, two people to get the sea food from the fishers, one driver, one cashier, accountant, and a worker responsible about the sore.
Evaluation
We will specify a part in the application for customers’ evaluations. Rating will concern about the application in general, freshness of food, prices regarding the quantities, employees’ manners and behaviors.
Conclusion
To sum up, it is a great to come up with an idea that serve humanity and facilitate their lives. Fishy application will do a good job in delivering sea food to Riyadh. However, I have to make a SOWT analysis in order to think wisely and take a good decision. Also, I have to ask expert people in business to know what to do exactly instead of wasting money and time. Furthermore, it is important to choose a good place for the store which should be convenient for people. Finally, good advertisement will have a strong impact on the success of the business.
