Introduction
The purpose of this Webquest is to help students understand the nomenclature rules for naming Ionic Compounds. After completing this Webquest, students should be able to name ionic compounds consisting of metal cations + nonmetal anions, metal cations + polyatomic anions, and acids. Students should also understand when to use Roman numerals to represent the charge on a transition metal cation.
Task
