Introduction
The purpose of this web quest is to help the chef find out the missing ingredients to create his delicious pizzas! This web quest will help to better your understanding on how to add and subtract different fractions that you will share with the chef to help make his pizzas spectacular!
Task
You are going to help the chef create different pizzas! You must watch the different videos and solve the tables in order to take the next step to help the chef figure out the measurements for the ingredients needed!
Roles: Each student will get into groups of four and watch the two videos to further clarify their knowledge on how to add and subtract different fractions!
Student 1: Watch the videos and complete 2 and 3 on the tables to better your understanding of fractions.
Students 2: Watch the videos and complete 4 and 5 on the two tables to better your understanding of fractions.
Student 3: Watch the videos and complete 6 and 7 on the two tables to better your understanding of fractions.
Student 4: Watch the videos and complete the 8 and 9 on the tables to better your understanding of fractions.
Complete the table to convert the improper fractions to mixed numbers!
