Introduction

Look, it is our favorite mouse. Students will compare and contrast what the characters do in If You Give a Mouse a Cookie and If You Take a Mouse to School. Students will listen to the story on Youtube. Students will answer questions about the story and describe story elements as they analyze the two stories.
Task
We read If You Give a Mouse a Cookie and Take Him to School. We also talked about how the boy's actions were the same in the stories and how they were different in the stories. Your job is to write two sentences about one similarity and one difference in the stories and draw a picture about what you wrote.
Use these sentences as your guide.Think about the two stories we have read about the mouse. How are they the same? How are they different? Write to tell how the mouse's actions in the two stories are the same and how they are different.
Process
Work on your own to complete the following.
1. Look at the chart of how the boy's actions are the same and how they are different.
