Introduction
The Problem:
Schools around the world are having trouble with bullying, and there are many different types of bullying such as emotional, physical and even cyber bullying.
Throughout the years bullying was just a part of growing up, but children and teenagers are suffering everyday from emotional stress and even end up missing school due to the problem. At some point or another everyone has experienced a form of bullying or been a part of it.
Bullies are the people that are tormenting people around schools and even outside of school. These people typically think they are just "playing" around or "joking", yet they are not realizing the amount of damage that is being done to the people around them. Seeking help is a great first step to getting educated on what bullying actually is doing to the people they are pushing around.
The victims of bullying experience tons of stress while attending school and sometimes don't even show up due to fear. Students shouldn't have to live life growing up that way worrying about being laughed at, pushed in the hallway or teased. Bullying leaves emotional scars on people and can last a lifetime which could even lead to worse outcomes later in life.
Lastly, bystanders are the last people who witnesses to the bullying. Many of which don't interfere with anything going on or refuse to due to fear of becoming the new victim. There are also some whom even aid the bully in making the situation worse. Bystanders need to take a stand and speak out and defend those who are being tormented. They can tell an adult or speak up when the situation is occurring.
