Introduction

Overview

This unit, Unit 1, will cover the Mesopotamian and Egyptian art history from about 3500 B.C. to 30 B.C. We will be traveling back in time, and will learn about Mesopotamian and Egyptian art. Why did they make art, for what purpose? How did they make art?

Take this practice quiz to see how much you already know about stone age art, and then take it again at the end of the unit to see how much you have learned!
