Task
Students will investigate the basic needs of plants. In the conclusion of the experiment students will identify the basic needs of a plant.
Process:
Step 1 Label 3 cups with sharpie as follows:
Step 2 Fill each cup with soil. Place a seed in each cup
of soil.
Step 3 Cover first cup with dark cover.
Step 4 Be sure to check cups daily. Add water to 1 and
3 cup as the soil dries. Annotate your findings
on your Observation Sheet for ten days.
