Introduction

There are several ways to greet people and say goodbye in Spanish. This time we are going to focus on how to use Spanish greetings and introductions to hold basic conversations. The lesson includes four simple sample conversations in Spanish, as well as a listening activity to test yourself.
Task

Students will recognize, recite, and recall the new words provided by the teacher orally and in writing. They will be learning to use the new vocabulary with complete sentences.

Evaluation

Students will walk around asking five other students what their name is, and where they are from. Students will write the answers in their notebooks. Assessment will be done through their responses and participation during the activity.
