A Trip to Buenos Aires

Introduction

Congratulations! Your parents are considering paying for a vacation for you and one friend to travel to Buenos Aires for a week. You need to book a flight, find hotel accommodation, and compare your results with your friend's results.  Your parents aren't made of money so choose the best options and present your parents with your research.  Be careful, if you can't convince your parents that you've done your due diligence and researched the best options, they just may cancel the trip.
