Go outside and explore the gardens in the school grounds. Stop and take a minute to take the environment 'in' through the four senses of sight, smell, touch, and sound. Answer the following questions:
- How does the environment make you feel? Be as creative and descriptive as possible.
- Why do you think Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people care about the land and feel responsible to take care of it?
- Who else do you think should be responsible for taking care of the land?
