The Great Gatsby -  The American Dream

Through this web quest we will go into detail of the American Dream. The evolution of the American Dream has been greatly affected by the Roaring 20's. In this assignment, you will discover the ways that the American Dream has been affected during this time period throughout the Great Gatsby.

Task

Your first task is to research the culture, music, social issues, and the life of many Americans before WWI and after WWI.  Once completed researching the 1920's, you will then be expected to explain the difference between then and now.

You will gather all your information into a power point presentation.

When you have completed your research between the two decades, you will then be asked to explain your thoughts on how you believe the American Dream has changed throughout the 20's, how society depicts the American Dream today, and how you depict it.
