This is the official site of Mathematics240. Here you will find fun and innovative methods to learn maths.

Mathematics is one of the most challenging subjects and it is the subject in which most of the students face difficulty dealing with at the higher levels. My goal is to make this subject as interesting as possible by introducing fun methods to learn mathematical concepts.

In this web quest you will be able to solve a multistep equation in an orderly manner through the use of an online educational game.

  • M-y (Multiplication)
  • D-ear (Division)

  • S-ally (Subtraction)

Process

Go through the following steps to practice the order of operations. Remember the saying: Please Excuse My Dear Aunt Sally.

By the end of this game you will able to have a strong grip on basic mathematical concepts and will be able to solve any related problems with ease in the future.

  1. Go to the website and play the game. The game will help you through the whole process and correct you wherever you're wrong.
  2. Complete the steps 1-10. All the right answers will be recorded by the game itself.
  3. If you face any problems click the hint button or the useful tip button for assistance.
  4. Once you're done with the ten steps click Explore It in the bottom to challenge yourself with higher difficulty levels.
  5. There are 5 levels. Make sure you complete all of them.
  6. Revise wherever you feel you have been weak.
