Migration - A Contemporary Challenge

Introduction

"While every refugee's story is different and their anguish personal, they all share a common thread of uncommon courage: the courage not only to survive, but to persevere and rebuild their shattered lives."

This web quest will help you to explore the ideas surrounding the contemporary challenge of movements of large numbers of people who are attempting to bring their families safety and security.

There will be a variety of activities to help you to complete your task.  You will be asked to increase your knowledge as well as your thinking skills.

Task

You will complete a number of activities (described in the Process tab). Once you have completed the activities your task is to prepare a slideshow which could be presented to a younger student explaining why your country should accept more refugees.
