You will explore different types of poetry. Please read the instructions carefully, and follow each step.

Remember, poems can have a deeper meaning. They can express a writer's feelings or tell a story.

Follow the instructions. Click on each link below:

On the left side of your journal, write what is the message of this poem (theme)? Write how the author uses alliteration to reinforce the meaning of the poem. http://www.poetry4kids.com/poems/the-seefood-diet/
