Your task is to learn how to create a healthy, well-balanced meal using all the different food groups.

Step 1: Your first step is to review the different food groups we have been learning about on MyPlate.

Step 2: Your second step is to take this quiz to see if you have been eating healthy foods.

Step 3: For your third step, you will be deciding which foods are healthy and which foods are unhealthy. While you're making your decision, ask yourself if each item would be found in one of the food groups on MyPlate. (Hint: If it's not, it's probably not a healthy choice!)

Step 4: For your fourth step, you will be putting together a MyPlate. Then you will be given different foods and you will decide where each item belongs.
