Finally, Christmas is just around the corner and with it all the presents and family time, eating 12 grapes at nidnight... All the same around the world, isn't it?

So, let's see how is Christmas for our English friends. Create a group and together decide where would you like to do a research on: England, America or Australia. Find out:
- Typical food.
- Christmas traditions.
- The Three Wise Men or Santa Claus??
At the end of this webquest, you and your team will be invited to do a SHORT presentation or just show your poster to your classmates.

Why don't you take a peek on Christmas Traditions around the world?
Click here and get an extra point on your work if you choose just one country and one tradition to do a small poster - Plain A4 is fine -. Also, you could write two traditions and dare your teacher and classmates to guess which one is the right one.
Task 1:
Take a look at this image and find out the Christmas Dinner around the world. XmasDinners! Choose a dinner and challenge your teacher and classmates during the next lesson. Ask them to guess the country where the dinner you have choosen is from.

Evaluation
You and your partner or group need to bring to your teacher your hard work so he/she can mark it. In addition, remember there are extra points if you do a short presentation to your classmates. It should something fun to do and listen to so remember to mention some interesting facts!
