The Alien Botanist

Introduction

You are an alien from a far away planet and have been sent to planet Earth to collect information on different vegetation to bring back to your home planet to grow for food. Before you explore different types of plants you must first understand what a plant is. It is up to you to identify the basic parts and functions of a plant before you can continue your journey. You must hurry! Your entire species is depending on you!

  • This webquest was designed to be as simple as possible so students participating could also practice independence. I would reccomend this webquest for middle school age students with mild to moderate Intellectuall Disabilities and those on the Autism spectrum. It is possible to use this quest for students with severe disbailities if you go through it as a class.
