Introduction
You are failing in school. You have been given a choice to either join a sport or continue to fail. You must complete activities to pass. Let's say you chose to join a sport. The sport you joined is soccer. In order to pass you have to complete 4 activitiesthat involve; math, english/reading, art, and PE.
Task
You are failing in class you have been giving the choice to play a sport or fail. To pass you must complete these 4 activities.
Activity 1 Math: Print out the activity and complete it.
Activity 2 English/Reading: Write an essay about the sport you choose and contain facts about that sport.
Activity 3 PE: Drills
Activity 4 Art: Make an art work on the canvas with the the items given, that includes something on it that has the sport you choose.
Process
Activity 1 Math: Go to the following link below. Print out the activity and complete it on your own. When done give it to your teacher so he/she could check it.

Activity 2 English/Reading: Write a page essay front and back about what sport your joining and tell what skills you might need for that sport. List the requirements that you would need to be in that sport, and list what the things you would need for it. Also include what you like and dislike about the sport.
Activity 3 PE: For this activity you would have to drills for that sport that you decided to do. For example if you joined soccer work on passes, kicks, throws etc.
Activity 4 Art: this activity will contain the following items paint, paint brushes, pencils, tape, and a canvas. This activity gives you the chance to do anything you want with the items that are given, but you have to include the sport that you picked into your art work.
Evaluation
Activity 1 Math: Check for if they did it all and if they got it all correct -20 points
Activity 2 English: Check for spelling and grammar usage and errors.
Activity 3 PE: Grade on how well they participated and how much ports man ship they had with the activity.
Activity 4 Art: Participation and if they included somthing about the topic and how neat and organized it it.
Conclusion
You have completed all the activities. CONGRATULATION!!!
You have now been given a chance to pass you grade and move on. Now you can still keep your grades up and pass. The only thing you need to do is keep you head up and stay strong. Just don't forget to turn your work in on time and completed.
