Harry Potter Monsters/Animals

Oh-no! Watch where you step. All the monsters from the Harry Potter books have escaped. We need help to get them in the right books. Your job is to learn about them and which books they go in. Good Luck!

Task 1

Research

Find out what your monster/animal looks like, eats, where it lives in the world, and what book.

Example.

Phoenix

Books: Chamber of Secrets

Lives: Egypt, India, China

Looks: Swan like golden feathers

Other: Can teleport at will

Plus extra points if you can find the name of Dumbledore's Phoenix

Task 2

Draw

Your group will make a poster on their monster/animal with EVERYTHING you have learned about them.

Task 3

Matching

For your last task you will match the monster/animal with the correct book that it is in the most.

• 1 point is for being rude, disrespectful to your group leader, and not participating in the tasks.
• 2 points is for being good, helping your group leader when told to, and some participating in the tasks.
• 3 points is for being nice, always listening to your group leader the first time, and participating in every task.
