The war lasted 46 years. How was the Soviet union involved in the Cold War?

This was a picture of the British prime minister, President of the United states, and the Cuban leader.

There were many countries that got involved with the Cold War. How did the Cold war started??

There were also many events in the Cold War like, the arms race, space race, and more. How was the Cold War decided to be called the Cold War???

These are nuclear arms from the nuclear arms race which was a race between the soviet Union and the u.s.

Task

Game Criteria: 1. Research the answers to the questions 2. Elaborate how you included this information in your game 3. Create your game questions 4. Elaborate what you read in your information search by incoporating what you learned in your cards by including information on the bay of pigs, space race , arms race, Berlin wall, and Cuban missed crisis.

Process

1. Research the Curban missle crisis,bay of pigs, the Vietnam war, space race, arms race(60 minutes) 2. Find 5 sources that answer the introduction questions and write a five sentence summary for each source( 30minutes) 3. Write a paper that explains how your going to encorporate the information in the game with five paragraphs (20 minutes) 4. Create your game(45-60 minutes)

Evaluation

Criteria: Engagement: full participation withiut distraction, Presentation: make sure that it is colorful and descriptive that all concepts are addressed like the bay of pigs, Berlin Wall, and space race , also the arms race.Content: make sure you include a Title,pictures with descriptions, cards to help understands what  has been read Analysis: make sure you analyze the articles that you reading out the information in your cards, you should have questions and answers, Attractiveness: make sure your presentation has color and is fun,Understanding: Make sure you demonstrate your understanding through cards or added detail to the game.
