Introduction
Bullying has been a serious issue on the U.S. It happens everywhere from home to work to school. Bullying also comes in many different form emotional, mental, and physical. Bullying is something that really needs to be addressed. In our research we would like to focus more on bullying in school. Our attention was drawn by the bullying epidemic because of a recent tragedy that occurred in Wilmington, Delaware.Joyner-Francis a noramlteenage girl came to school ready to learn like any other teenager who knew that this would be the day of her death. 6 girls jumped joyner in the bathroom then left her there for dead. what caused her death you might ask? one of the people in her friend group a sophmore at her school decided to play peacemaker little did joyner know this peacemaker was going to bring all hell lose. in a video recording found by detectives you an see the "peacemaker" hitting joyner in the face. It was discovered that on social media the girls had been antagonizing joyner for awhile OVER A BOY!!!!!!!!!!!! Its sad to say that joyner would lose her life over something like this.
