Ancient Greece: Athens vs. Sparta

6th grade students will go on a webquest of ancient Greece to determine whether Athens or Sparta would be a better choice as ruler of all of Greece. DO NOT CLICK THE TABS AT THE TOP OF THE PAGE!!

Your task will be to research facts about your city-state. If your city-state is Athens, you will only click web links for Athens. The same goes for Sparta.

Evaluation will be based on participation. Remember that only the KING or QUEEN will speak during the debate but ALL group members MUST participate in the research. You are welcome to QUIETLY cheer on your city-state during the debate. 

The conclusion of this webquest will result in the best city-state being chosen to rule all of Greece.
