The Four Seasons

Introduction

Today we are going to go on an adventure through the four seasons! There is one question we must answer before we can leave. What are we going to wear?  We will need to pack a bag full of clothes for every season we go through. Together we will figure out what to wear for each of the four seasons. So let's get going!

Task

There are a few things we will need to know before making our packing list. We must first do a little research on the four seasons of the year that we will be in. The weather of these periods of the year play a crucial part in what clothes we can and cannot wear. So here is what we will need to know. You will need to:

-Define the word season as it relates to weather.

-Differentiate between winter, spring, summer, and fall.

-Research the weather patterns in the area you live in for each season.

*After finding the information you need, you will use a poster board and section it off for each season to illustrate the clothing we will take and write words underneath the pictures to explain the weather of the different times of the year.

Process

-Before making our packing list we need to know what kind of weather we are looking at.

What are the weather patterns of West Virginia in the spring?
