Introduction

According to a recent study, today's teenagers are more career-focused than any of their generational predecessors. 79% of teenagers say that having a good job is important to them and that having a job that contributes to their passions is of great importance. However, in our globalized world, the jobs of yesterday are quickly fading away. According to a recent study, boosts in technology and globalization could eliminate 5 million jobs by 2020.
The best way to protect yourself from the gloomy job outlook? Innovation.
In order to keep up with the ways in which career fields are evolving in the 21st century, it's critical to understand developments in your career field of choice, so that you can tailor your college experience in the most beneficial way possible for your future success.
