Introduction

Mount Vesuvius has erupted eight times in the last 17,000 years. The eruption in 1944 is one of the most well known ancient eruptions in the world, and may have killed more than 16,000 people. Pompeii and Herculaneum were the two citys that got burried by the ash, mud and rocks.

get into groups of 2 or 3 and reasearch mount vesuvius then try to come up with some inventions that will make volcanic eruptions predictable then come up with one that will give you protection from the eruption and finally come up with one that will help injured people.
