Insomnia is a very serious illness. It affects people from all age ranges and especially those in the age range 19-60+. As college students we do not get enough sleep as is and having this (insomnia) can make your life a little more difficult to manage. Insomnia is treatable and can get better by improving some major habits. Insomia can also come with depression, lack of concentration, headache,  and irritability. All the things that can really drive a person batty!

Brenda Castglione and Tom Jetting both had insomonia and was suffering from other health issues also. Tom's doctor said that his heart disease could have been caused by his trouble with sleeping. Insomina is known to cause other heallth issues in your body, so early detection and treament is critical. Don't ignore the signs of insomia seek help from your physician immediately. Insomnia can be triggered fom a variety of things, everyone is different. Stress, changes in schedule, or even a new house can trigger insomnia.
