Out of these three diets I would like to try the ear Stapling because of the interesting use of the staples
out of these three diets I wouldnt like to try the tapeworm because of the hazardus amount of risk of choking or not eating enough.

Evaluation
In this T.V show/ Video there were two health fads
- Tanning bed
- phentermine
When Erine and Ashley were using the tanning bed they were told and shown how dangerouse it actually is. If you start before the age of 35 it leads to higher chances of skin cancer. There are operations that can fix the damage but arent very simple. Some of the side affects are:
- skin cancer, blistering sunburn and sun damage.
when .... Was told the stated approxamite length of time you should be on phentermine tablets it was a big shock because she was taking them for 3x longer some of the side affects for these tablets are:
- nausea, depression, anger problems and
the biggest reason why people go on the phentermine health fad is to loose weight because of how simple it is to do it.
the main reason to use a tanning bed is to tan. People use the tanning bed because then what to look more attractive and tan.

in conclusion I learnt that health fads aren't just fads that make you slim/ skinny It's whatever's in trend. I also learnt about different fads, how they work and what dangers they have. I learnt about the dangers of a tanning bed and how it affects your body.
My health fad: playful puppies fad.
