3. I think that the sleeping beauty and Luigi Cornaro diet would be successful because millions of people everyday use the Internet and the Hallelujah Diet would be successful because there are about 28,234 books sold every year (in Australia)
4. Sleeping Beauty Diet- I dont think this would be successful because most people use YouTube for music or tutorials on how to do or make something. Halleujah Diet- I don't think this would be successful because almost everyone gets their information off the Internet and hardly ever buy/ borrow books. Luigi Cornaro Diet- I don't think this would be successful because it is not very well advertised so unless someone new the name of this health fad/diet then it would be hard to find.
5. I would probably most likely try the Sleeping Beauty Diet bcause I don't think I could limit myself to 400g of food a day and I don't really enjoy eating fruit and vegetables, and I like sleeping.
6. I don't think I would ever try the Luigi Cornaro Diet because I absolutely love eating and doubt I would even be able to survive one day without more than 400g of food.

Tanning Beds: Skin cancer, premature aging, wrinkles, weakens immune system and causes melanoma
Phetermene: heart racing, addiction, headaches, depression, anxiety, moodiness and sleeplessness/insomnia

Tanning beds:
- The number of people who get cancer from tanning is higher than the number of people who get cancer from smoking.
- In America there are more tanning salons in major cities than McDonalds or Starbucks.
Phetermene:
- Came out in 1960
- Hasn't been one clinical test done since approved by the FDA

I have learned that there are many different health fads and most of them dont work and can't make you seriously ill and sometime kill you.
Companies advertise their health fads by asking celebrities to try them, advertising on website's and books.
A health fad that I would create would be called 'The Home-Cooked Meals Diet' and it would evolve eating good wholesome home cooked meals everyday for however long you want.
