6.  Lemon water: I would be least likely to try this fad because it seems to have more damage on people

7.  Lemon water: can rot your teeth and build up plaque

I have learnt from the previous tasks I have done that fads are diets, exercises etc that claim to do something that was previously impossible or that hasn't even really been tested and can damage the body

I have also learnt that companies try to attract people to try and/ or buy things by bright colour and happy people or using dark tone to look depressing or bad so they will want to turn to wards the happy options

A good strategy for a long time healthy life is just to eat in moderation and exercise for 2-3 hours a day.
