Conclusion
According to this task, the students can write Affirmative, Interrogative and Negative form of Present Simple Tense by using the following note.
Affirmative : S. + V1
* In the third person singular the verb always ends in –s
Interrogative : Do/Does + S + V1
* We use does for the third person (she/he/it) and we use do for the others.
Negative : S + Do not /Does not + V1
* We use does not for the third person (she/he/it) and we use do not for the others.
